Jetti Walking Poles

Self-serve, no staff needed. Rather explore the Mill Creek MetroParks bikeway on foot? Grab a set of Jetti fitness walking poles right at the Kirk Road Trailhead — book it, unlock the locker, and go. Kirk Road location only.

New to them? Jetti poles are weighted fitness walking poles — a bit like Nordic walking. You push into the grips with every stride, so an easy walk becomes a low-impact, full-body workout: they engage your arms, shoulders, and core, take pressure off your knees and lower back, and help with posture and balance. Great for a brisk fitness walk or a gentle, joint-friendly stroll.
