Powered by Cruise the Creek Adventures
A wired-in GPS tracker for your e-bike, e-scooter or e-moto, fitted by the shop that knows electric rides. See where it is from your customer portal, and if it's ever stolen, we'll help track it down.
CreekGuard is the same system we run on our own rental fleet. It is installed and supported here in Youngstown, by people you can call. Every CreekGuard customer sees their bike, and the CreekGuard badge, in their customer portal.
Your bike's latest location shows on a map in your Cruise the Creek customer portal, on any phone or computer.
If your bike is stolen, call us. We'll pull up where it is and work with you and the police to get it back.
CreekGuard counts the miles you ride, and your portal tells you when your next tune-up is due, so you're not guessing.
The tracker is small and wired to the bike's battery, mounted where it still gets a good GPS and cell signal. It doesn't pop off like a tag.
It runs from your bike's own battery through a fused connection, with a small backup battery of its own.
Only you and our staff can see your bike's location. We never sell it.
Text or call us. We'll check that CreekGuard fits your model and set a time, or add it at your next tune-up.
A Cruise the Creek technician wires it to your bike's battery with a fuse and mounts it on the frame where it gets a good signal. It takes about 45 minutes.
Before you leave, we show you your bike live in your customer portal, where you'll see the CreekGuard badge.
Bluetooth tags are great for keys. A stolen e-bike needs more.

Most electric rides: e-bikes, e-scooters, e-motos and electric dirt bikes. Every install needs a spot to connect to the battery and a dry, protected spot to mount the tracker, so text us your make and model and we'll check it before you book.
No. CreekGuard shows where your bike is; it does not shut the motor off. Keep using a good lock (every install comes with one free). CreekGuard helps you find the bike if someone gets past it.
Call the police first, then us. We'll share the bike's location with the officers. Please don't try to get it back yourself.
The tracker uses a very small amount of power and sleeps when the bike is parked. It's connected through an inline fuse to protect your bike's wiring.
It needs a GPS view of the sky and a cellular signal. Indoors, underground or in a dead zone it reports again as soon as it has signal.
No. It improves the odds of finding your bike, but it can't guarantee recovery and doesn't replace insurance.
Text or call our info desk at 330-406-9681 and we'll get CreekGuard on your bike.
