There's no sign-up form — and that's on purpose. Every customer gets a portal, and we create it for you. Buy a bike, bring yours in for a repair or tune-up, or pick up gear, and we'll email you an invitation to the address on your receipt. Open it and you're in.
If you've bought from us and never got that email, it's almost always the wrong address on file or a spam folder. Text us and we'll resend it.
What's in there
What you see depends on what you've done with us. Everything is there without having to call and ask.
Bought a bike
Every bike you've bought from us, with its model, serial number and purchase date — plus your warranty countdown, Creek Ready service dates and live GPS if it has CreekGuard.
Had service with us
Your repair and tune-up history, a one-tap way to book the next visit or start a repair, and a place to add your bike to your account.
Picked up gear
Your receipts, plus test rides, rentals, rent-to-own and the Adventure Map for when you're ready for wheels.
Everyone gets
Every invoice we've issued you, your personal referral code and credit, and messages with Pat & Dru through Support.
Protected with CreekGuard
Your bike on a live map, ride history and trips, mileage-based tune-up reminders, and theft recovery help from the shop. Bikes from us, or serviced by us, can add CreekGuard from the portal: $149 install for our customers, then $5.99 a month or $64.69 a year. A free bike lock comes with every install.
See how CreekGuard works →Why buying from a dealer matters
The portal works because we're the shop that sells, builds and services your bike. That's the point.
Bought online, you're on your own
An e-bike ordered to your porch arrives in a box, half-built, with a warranty you have to argue for yourself. Here's what buying from your local authorized dealer changes.
- Built by a technician, not by you. Master assembly by Andrew Barret to the CTC Care Standard — brakes, torque and electronics checked before you ever ride it.
- We handle the warranty claim. We're an authorized dealer for Heybike, Velotric, Mooncool, Mokwheel and Jasion, and we act as your liaison with the manufacturer instead of handing you a support email address.
- Service you can drive to. Two Mahoning County locations, plus remote video diagnostics with a factory-trained technician if you'd rather not load the bike up.
- A record that outlives the receipt. Your purchase, warranty dates and service history stay in the portal — so three years from now you can still prove what you bought and when.
- Ride it first. Free test rides on the trails you'll actually ride, before you spend a cent.
