Two ways to apply
Both take a few minutes and give you an answer on the spot. Do it at home before you come in, or here in the shop while you're picking a bike — either works.

How it works
Snap decides; we hand you the bike.
- Apply. Text the code or use the link above. Snap runs the application — approval is subject to their underwriting, not ours.
- Get your decision. It comes back in seconds, with the amount you've been approved for.
- Pick your bike. Bring the approval to either location, or tell us over text. Every bike we sell falls inside Snap's range.
- Sign with Snap. The agreement is between you and Snap RTO LLC. Read the payment schedule and the total cost before you sign it.
- Ride out on it. We build it, safety-check it and set it up the same as any other sale — Creek Ready, warranty registered, nothing different because you leased.
Three ways to acquire ownership
You are enrolled in the Maximum-Term Plan by default. The other two cost less.
Maximum-Term Plan
The default. Regular lease payments scheduled around your paydays — weekly, biweekly, semimonthly or monthly — over a maximum term of 12 to 18 months, after which you own the bike. Over the full term you will usually pay more than twice the cash price, plus applicable taxes and fees.
100-Day Option
The lowest cost to acquire ownership. Pay the cash price plus sales tax, processing fees and any applicable cost of lease within 100 days of delivery. You are not put on this automatically — you have to arrange it with Snap.
Early Buyout Option
Acquire ownership at any point by paying the lease payments not yet due, at a discount on those payments. Arranged with Snap, the same way.
To use either early option you must contact Snap yourself. Go to customer.snapfinance.com or call Snap Customer Care on 1-877-557-3769. We cannot do it for you, and nothing happens automatically.
What you need to apply
Snap sets these, not us.
- Be of minimum legal age to enter a contract.
- Earn at least $750 a month.
- Have an active checking account. You may need a credit or debit card to apply.
- Have an active email address and a smartphone number.
All credit types are welcome to apply. Not all applicants are approved. While no credit history is required, Snap obtains information from consumer reporting agencies in connection with applications, and your score with those agencies may be affected.
Know what you're agreeing to. This is a lease-to-own agreement, not credit and not a loan. Snap buys the bike and leases it to you; once you have made the payments the agreement requires, you own it.
You are set up by default on the Maximum-Term Plan, which runs over the full term of the lease — and over that full term you will usually pay more than twice the cash price of the bike, plus applicable taxes and fees. The 100-Day Option and the Early Buyout Option below cost less. Read your agreement before you sign it, and ask us anything you are unsure about.
You can end the lease at any time by telling Snap and returning the bike to them in good condition. That is your right of surrender, and it is separate from our own returns policy.
What you can put it toward
Approval amounts run from $300 to $5,000, and apply to the cash price of what you're leasing.
Any bike we stock
Our range runs from $599 to $3,299, so every bike on the site sits inside what Snap approves. Velotric, Heybike, Jasion, Mooncool and Mokwheel.
The gear that goes with it
Helmet, lock, rack, panniers, lights — the things that make a bike usable for commuting instead of just fun.
Not approved? Ask us about Bridge the Gap.
Snap's decision is theirs, and not every application clears it. Bridge the Gap is our own separate rent-to-own program, run by Cruise the Creek and nothing to do with Snap. Its terms are set out on its own page.

The advertised service is a lease-to-own agreement provided by Snap RTO LLC. Lease-to-own financing is not available to residents of Minnesota, New Jersey and Wisconsin. Standard maximum lease term is 12-18 months. To exercise the 100-Day Option, consumers must ensure the full 100-day amount is paid within 100 days by contacting Customer Care at 1-877-557-3769 or scheduling payments in the customer portal. The 100-Day Option includes a cost of lease above the merchandise price.
Approval amounts vary from $300 to $5,000, subject to underwriting, and apply only to the cash price of leased items.
Not all applicants are approved. While no credit history is required, Snap obtains information from consumer reporting agencies in connection with applications, and your score with those agencies may be affected.
Cruise the Creek is a participating merchant, not the lender or lessor. All approval decisions, payment terms and agreement details are set by Snap RTO LLC.
